At Yves Rocher, we want you to be completely satisfied with your botanical beauty products; if for any reason you are not, you may return any item in its original condition within 30 days of purchase for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account or visit our guest portal to select the items you wish to return and print your pre-paid shipping label.

• 2.
  Pack with Care

  Place the products safely in their original packaging, ensuring all lids are tightened to prevent leakage during transit.

• 3.
  Drop Off Your Parcel

  Affix the return label to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized postal service location or drop-box.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, a credit will be issued to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
